Donkey Kong 94 in the top 10. Happy enough with that list.

Just watched the Kuru Kuru Kururin video. It looks so good! I never had a copy and always wanted one. Was it ever remade?

Not remade but it's available on the Wii U virtual console, and there were two sequels (one on GBA and one on Wii).

Monkey Island will come under Point and Click. If Point and Click is done that is.

Slitherlink should have won. But hardly anyone here will have heard of it, never mind experienced it's puzzling perfection so it's understandable.

How many votes did it get in the end Celer? Just the two?

I'd definitely agree that Slitherlink is tremendous, the actual puzzles (much like a good Picross or Kakuro) are incredible. I don't remember it having a great game around it though. Maybe it doesn't need it but I was always a little disappointed that something like Picross on the DS didn't have more of a reward system for completing puzzles quicker (though obs that is open to abuse once you know the solution). Not sure if that makes a lot of sense.

There was a version released for the DS in Japan by Hudson (I think). Once you got past the language barrier for the menus it was utterly sublime. Much more satisfying than Picross or Sudoku and the controls were spot on. Could spend an hour or so on the harder ones and the joy at finally clearing a level that you'd been stuck on was amazing.

Slitherlink.
