Call Otacon...

Torture survived. I'm sure I found that really really tough the first time I played this

I could, you have to plug it in (turn it on if wireless) before you start up the emulator.

We should migrate GRcade to Flarum. :toot:

Just beaten Revolver Ocelot.

Just realised I kinda missed the OTT cutscenes. Why do I have to sell Twin Snakes? :fp:

Curses, think I've discovered a glitch just after you've rapelled down the tower.

Liquid comes back in the hinde after you cross the bridge, I went into the room to pick up the stinger, went back out and nothing happened. Pretty sure I'm trapped there too :(

Oh wow! I thought that was my own technique. Never knew other people did the exact same thing. I'm going to submit to Ocelot though because I prefer Otacon and Snake's dialogue at the end of the game.

I've just beaten Psycho Mantis but seem to be dying an awful lot on this playthrough. Don't think I've ever died so much on this game. Weird. Meryl also seems to have her entire inventory stuffed between her tits.

I've died a shitload while trying to grab a lone guard yet I'm bossing the bosses

I've never had that grabbing problem but for some reason, that guard in the room with the socom suppressor must have caused an alert about 6 times when I grabbed him. Think it might be the first time I'm playing it with a control stick to move though so I'm blaming that.

About 10 deaths for me there too, I don't think it's possible to grab him without an alert.

I did. Punch, grab, neck snap!

I've just done the cyborg ninja boss fight, having bested Raven and his tank a little earlier. For all its age this game stands up really well once you get back into the swing of things. The gameplay is really quite simple and solid, and it even looks quite good in its own way.

The HD Collection turned up today, so I know what I'm doing once I get this finished!

Beat Mantis so I'm coming up to that part. Always dread having to go back and get the sniper rifle. It's not a long way and it doesn't really take too long, it's just the thought of backtracking that fills me with dread.

I've just done that myself. It's not too far but I got impatient and ended up getting killed about three times in the process :x
