It's been rearranged for Monday. The surgical teams manager phoned me to apologise and has moved things around to get me in first thing. It's a decent response to be fair.

Yeah. I'm more annoyed by the time and shenanigans it's took to get to this stage but rearranging so quickly is pretty good to be fair.
The manager yesterday did look genuinely sorry yesterday and has obviously been very busy on my behalf to organise it for so soon after. No doubt encouraged by my mention of a complaint.
