Hey there! Yep, things are evolving and so are our Mario Kart tournaments.

Mario Kart: Wii U

> Nintendo is turning off Miiverse (and the game's online tournament functionality) on Tuesday 7 November
> Our final GRcade tournaments will take place tonight and then - in a spectacular finale - on Monday 6 November

Mario Kart: Switch

> Our GRcade tournament currently takes place each Tuesday but, on 13 November, it will switch ( 8-)

Oh! And why not have a chat as you play? We use the Discord service (PC, phone and tablet options are available) and you can join the chat group by clicking here or by entering the group code htqTtbU into Discord.

tl;dr Our Wii U tournament is ending soon and the Switch one is moving to the Monday slot.

I'm sad but also excited! I won't be able to play tonight but I'll do my very best to join in with the last night of races.

Going to try and be awake and stuff for the last go at Mario Kart on Monday.

I may end up back if I get a switch but at the moment I can't really afford one and don't really need it with the Xbox and stuff.

Switch > Bone.

Right I've finally picked up MK8+ on the Switch, is this on tonight?

I'm pretty shite at it as haven't played Kart since the N64 days but I'm happy to have my arse handed to me for other people's pleasure! :lol:

Guys, yeah, Switch Kart Tuesday is on tonight at 21:00. Check out the thread for the tournament code. It’ll be great to see you on the track! The session is moving to Monday night from next week.

Excellent, will try and get on. Our internet is pretty patchy at the moment - I haven't actually played online for a few years so here's hoping it's still up the job!
