I was wondering how Microsoft (OS and software OG and were regarded as significantly better console online service) could have messed up their biggest franchise. But Frank O'Connor saying they had five studios working on it and I was reading on some game site that it is effectively one unified interface for four different games. Testing in theory should reveal major issues (ask AC:Unity) but if there are four games being tested then that reduces the testing time and there would definitely have been pressure to meet the pre-Christmas release date.

I think the experience from this is why the Gears of War HD is just the first game.

At least AC unity had the excuse that it is a new game, this is 4 a package consisting of 4 games that all work fine in their own. At the very least you would think they could add something to disable the interface that connects the games and just run them as individual games*.

*Obviously I have no idea how difficult that would be.

They have never mentioned it in any update so o don't think so, presume they think Spartan ops fills that void.

I finally completed Halo 2 the other day, strawberry floating hell what a slog that was. Throwing waves and waves of Brutes at you just got boring as strawberry float and I can see why so many people were pissed off with the ending back when it first came out :lol:

Gone back to finish Halo 1 now.

SWAT now a permanent playlist and Team Objective added which im chuffed about, ill try it out tonight before I fully get stuck in when its ranked.
