I also enjoyed it, but I'm not particularly familiar with the Halo lore outside of the first game, so may have come at it from a different perspective.

There, I said it.

Screw you all, I liked it :shifty: .

I liked it as well.

It might not have been amazing, but it was decent enough.

But then I've never really held the "lore" of Halo or it's story in particularly high regard. It's functional and serves it's purpose.

Looking forward to that. I enjoyed the first season despite it's missteps.

This one looks to have stepped things up a notch as well.

This should win all the Oscars this year.

I really liked the first couple of episodes.
If they actually show the battle for Reach it could be amazing but I'm not sure they had the budget to do it justice.
I wonder how they'll show the final glassing of the planet.

Just watcheed episode 3 and it was really good.
Such a giant leap from searies 1 it's a shame a lot of people have given up on this.

Good to hear.

I'm probably gonna start on it this week. I enjoyed the first season, so to hear it's better is very promising. :D

Yeah, this season's been good so far. Next episode feels like it'll be a banger too. Wonder how much they'll stray from the games when it all kicks off...

Still don't care about the Rubble plotlines, but at least now Soren's crossing over with Halsey, so we won't lose as much of the runtime on his nonsense

Episode 4 is amazing with some great moments.

I liked the shop bit with the lady saying she wanted to stay with her historical artifacts as it seemed like something someone like her would do in that situation.
She knows she's going to die and she may as well die surounded by a lifetime of work she loved.

If only season 1 had been this good more people might have stuck with it.
