By the way you describe the symptoms I doubt you will get any argument from work at all.

As long as you have a sick note from the doctor I'm fairly confident that you can't be sacked (we have a few solicitors here so maybe they can help).

Yeah, a rolled-up tenner. Stick it up your nose and take the line. You'll be on your feet again in no time. For about 20 minutes.
