I think the takeaway is that you cannot appease or apologise to these people: they go looking for things to be offended at so you may as well tell them to get strawberry floated as it will have the same result but you'll feel better about it.

Trelliz is right, she seems to be looking for something to offend her rather than actually seeing something offensive and reacting to it. And the driver is right, even if she was offended she goes about it in such a rude way she nullifies any point she may or may not have had. She's dismissive, combative and incredibly disrespectful to the driver.

The problem here is that she's given those wankers who spout "SJW!!!" every 5 seconds all the ammunition they need to go on another witchhunt. The term SJW is such bullshit, the conservative equivalent of shouting "racist" at people you don't like, and this sort of bullshit just makes these people feel justified.
