Trying to help someone buy a TV today. Has to be from Currys/PC World for Buy Now Pay Later.
Samsung 50" KU6020 @ £449
Samsung 49" KU6470 @ £599
From what I understand the differences are:
1300Hz vs 1500Hz
Premium remote vs normal remote
WiFi & Bluetooth vs just Wifi
The instore poster suggests they've got the same contrast level. And I can only imagine 1500Hz is the only thing which actually improves the picture quality and even then, how visible is it when no sports or video games will be used.
The other option is:
Samsung 43" curved KU6670 @ £599
Which is 1600Hz and apparently has better contrast than the other two.
And probably 15 feet away from the TV so maybe 4k is pointless on a screen of that size and viewing distance?
