Oh I already have it on CD, I just haven't taken the time to rip it and put it on my phone. But now I'm realising they don't have Ah, Umi Da either??

Speaking of buying Japanese stuff, my copy of New arrived today.

Rather, my £12.98 customs charge leaflet did.

Yikes. That CD's already overpriced as it is too. I bought it with TsuShiMaGeRu and I paid like £30 for both of them.

Gotta love that Royal Mail handling fee. I don't even know where they're getting £5 VAT from on a £17 CD.

They cancelled my order of Sex on the Beach since it was out of stock, maybe they left it on the invoice.

Ugh, bugs always hit me hard. Spent the majority of the last few days sleeping, now it's gone to my chest and constant coughing. Someone kill me please.

I have a super sheep I could send out to target you if you want? Be better than a banana bomb ruining your whole neighbourhood, but if you really want I can get you one of those instead.

I'll take whatever’s most efficient. Now excuse me while I hack my guts into the sink as I wait to die.

I've had something like that for the past week, still coughing but feeling a lot better now.

Mike's carpet bomb was always my weapon of choice.

had a pretty good day. woke up early enough to catch the first three rounds of a pokemon tournament stream from Prague, which pumped me up enough to actually leave the flat today and go to the pokemon club. on my way there I discovered some of the pokemon cards I ordered on the internet had been delivered and left in the communal area so I now have those to play with online over the weekend and try to figure out a good deck for the next set of big tournaments. at the pokemon group a handful of the good players were there (so I got to play against some good people) and I got some sick trades so all good there. and Ireland won the rugby. class craic.

When sat at my desk, I keep putting one leg on top of the other, as you do, but not as you do, I have it there for so long it dies. So when I put my leg down I get massive pins and needles and I do this a few times a day.

My wife does that, she sits in a way that makes her leg go dead so she goes to get up and cant so she has to move it with her hands when wait for it to wake up. Every. Single. Time. Makes more sense to me to just sit in a way that doesnt make your leg go dead but each to their own I guess.

Yeah happens when I sit cross-legged on the floor too. I just forget it's going to happen then I'm screaming internally as I try to wake it up.

Just returned from South Africa. Had never been south of the equator or on the African continent before, so it was a nice place to start barring a long flight. Would definitely recommend Cape Town to anyone

I do the same. Kinda cross-legged in the chair, but with one foot on the floor?

Once I rushed up to answer the door for the postie, couldn't feel my foot touch the ground, and completely beefed it across the living room floor. 3/10 would not recommend.

I have an electrician coming over to sort out a hole in my bedroom wall that looks like an old plug socket filled with loo roll, and I'm unsure if there's any wires in there that may still be live because some of the paper looks singed. I only found it because it was hidden under the wallpaper I've been stripping in there. Apparently the old man downstairs used to do a lot of work in this flat for the old lady who worked here before... it explains why my shower won't work anymore and why I already have had to have a brand new water heating system put in in the 9 months I've moved in here.

I can't do anything about the shower, it's a council flat and I had to sign to say that it was my responsibility when I signed for the flat as the council hadn't put it in.

I'm tired.

The saga of the loo roll wall continues

My girlfriend's house last year had a shower that didn't work, but it also had one of those showers connected to the bath taps. They aren't the best but they're cheap compared to a new actual shower, if that helps.

Well the electrician came around 12ish... he was in and out the flat within 2 minutes. Here's all he said to me after sticking a knife in the hole after removing the loo roll;
"That hole is 20 years old from when they renovated these flats. It's not connected, and they just used the loo roll to plug it up".
He then put said loo roll back in the hole and left. And sat in his van for over an hour outside.

OR: I have one of those, but it's shite, more water splashes up the back of the taps than comes out of the showerhead. We've just been having baths instead.
