I sense some sarcasm in this post. :shifty:

You're not thinking big picture Moggy. Even if he breaks even, he's then got to fork out for a great big Union Flag to drape each car he flogs in.

I was thinking of the bigger picture. You completely missed that he has to buy a new £1000 washing machine every single time he washes a flag.

That's silly. We're posting in Stuff here. And as we all know, washing machines live longer with...

Got me a punnet of kiwi berries the other day, they're really nice, anyone else tried them?

Someone brought some into work the other day. I really liked them as well.

I’m on a bus for the first time (in this country) for the first time in over 10 years (I need to collect a car I won at auction yesterday) I have over 2 hours worth of bus travel to do and there is no first class and I’m not expecting a trolley service anytime soon

My current leg room
Image
It’s certainly not Lufthansa business class

I have a lovely view of condensation
Image

I have a folder on the seat next to me so no one comes near me, it feels like I am on some sort of communist Corbyn factory worker bus, all miserable, all going to the same place to serve the motherland

What sort of povvo scum gets the bus instead of hiring a chauffeur to take them where they need to go?

 . Well done for roughing it, Richard! Don't start hoovering up as that may draw unwanted attention. By blocking a seat from someone else's use, you're already well on the way to becoming a commoner.

I’m still wanting to maximise my profit, it’s worth it to win my partner although it’s being less worth it by the minute, it’s full of school kids and they are incredibly annoying, them talking is honestly giving me a headache and some of them clearly don’t know deodorant is a thing

They are all getting off!!

Now I’m at the back so have plenty of leg space and some grotty seats to look at

That's good, you are obviously really struggling at the moment and it will be great to see the poorer members of society get a win for once.

You've moved to the back seat? O-M-G, Richard... different rules apply now! Only dreadfully uncouth yobbs sit in those seats! Quick, you gotta try and fit in. If you have a hoody to hand, don it now. Stare at your phone and either (a) play something noisy, or (b) make a loud - almost shouting level - phone call.

Your jeans are okay, though - they look the part. Phew!

 I’m pleased my jeans fit in although those tight material trousers seem to be the order of the day, the person at the other side at the back has grey ones on and a really old t-shirt with what looks like a skeleton on a horse, the phone thing I have covered because I’m on here typing away and avoiding looking at anyone

I travelled from Cheltenham to London recently and where I would normally have gone by train I decided to try the coach option for a change and was very pleasantly surprised.

Where the train would have cost me anything from about £50 to well over £100 depending on how early I booked the coach was only £5. For that kind of saving I wouldn't really care about leg space, grotty seats or school kids! In actual fact the journey itself was great - the coach was clean and modern, the seats were comfy, there was power and WiFi available and the few other passengers on it were quiet throughout.

All in all a win for coach travel in my book and a sure sign that the communist Corbynite dream is one we should all be routemastering for.

You say that, but we would end up spending our entire lives working in allotments, just to grow enough carrots to survive the winter.

Is that really worth it just to have WiFi on a bus?
