I'm not used to logging into a forum and seeing significant activity
What happened to the days when I could go a week without seeing any posts in any thread except HDYFRN

Yeah, it seems like a good social hobby, everyone I played with seemed nice. If I wasn't such a mess it probably would've gone better but I was always too anxious to ask for matches on non-tournament days. It's a pretty expensive hobby, yeah, watching the meta change so quickly and not being able to keep up with all the new decks could get frustrating. I might go back for the next pre-release or something, at least that's just a one time investment and you don't need to worry about getting competitive cards.

Feeling like gooseberry fool!

Had a surgery to remove an osteochondroma (tumour made from bone) from my leg yesterday. Was an incredibly bad osteochondroma as it was huge and underneath a tendon meaning it kept me from going into the office at work many days - thankfully work is cool with it and I can work from home quite a lot anyway. Surgery went well, staying with my mum for a bit in Thanet before I go back home but now my leg is in incredible pain, can't even move it slightly without intensity

You definitely should! Force yourself to go and talk to the people there. Set yourself goals, even if it's just asking one person per session to play. When you do, you should get to know them through the game a little better and that might help you find them more approachable next time.

The game helped me through some times where I had pretty serious depression/anxiety so I really think there's a lot of value in it.

In terms of meta cards it is kind of expensive to set up but if you buy singles and know what you're doing (some products give you really good cards relatively cheaply) then it's not actually that bad. Maybe £100 per set, or less, depending on what you do. My main problem is I developed a taste for full arts, which are rarer and therefore more expensive. but the bling tho. omg ;P

My etsy shop suddenly keeps getting favourites. I haven't advertised or put anything new up in weeks.

I think i just felt an earthquake, it was weird, everything started trembling and there was this weird sound like wind hitting the window.

It only lasted a second or two, and i assumed it to be the neighbours banging around, yet after a little bit of investigation, i found this info from a British Geo Survey seismogram readout based in Swindon...

What is it with people from ONM and not using imgur like the rest of the internet?

Aye, it was an earthquake. I was pretty sceptical when it happened - thought it was more likely that maybe the neighbours' cabinets fell down or something - but apparently it was felt all over Wales.

Is that what it was! I was in bed (lazy afternoon :datass: ) and everything shook! I thought the neighbours might have been doing something but there was no noise.

Earthquake

Well to be fair, after experiencing an earthquake, finding a suitable image host wasn't exactly a top priority.
