Mortal Kombat 11's out in 3 weeks but we've seen nothing of the Switch version either, I'm guessing it's just...

Started this last night on Xbox One X.
Enjoying it so far, though some of the puzzle solving seems kinda obtuse. I spent ages trying to reach a building that a broken bridge prevented me from getting to, only to find that returning to the sealed door for the area and then going back to the broken bridge resulted in it being fixed. I have no idea what caused this mechanic to occur.
The binaural audio is (as often mentioned) is very good, but in truth if you use VR and headphones this is the norm. It's always the piece of the VR set up that i think is massively overlooked.

If you're at the bit I think you're talking about...
Are you following a birdlike apparition? There are some round stone gateways, and the environment changes as you pass through them. If you stand on one side and look through, you should be able to see bits of the environment change through it.The game does play on your perception of the world around you, and it's supposed to feel like it's playing tricks on your senses.

That is the bit yes (well spotted). The thing is, i did not think i had passed through a
prior to that. But i'm guessing i had, so cheers for clarifying.
Edit - yeah, after experimenting in the way you describe it all makes sense now. I think I

They're going to attempt to beat the N64 average of 18FPS by a frame or two.

Started this today.
I was very confused with what’s going on. Sometimes I’ll come across a staircase that I’m sure wasn’t there before, then once I looked through a portal thingy, and then it clicked.
I’m intrigued.

A similar mechanic to what you have descirbed is used in Shadowpoint on the Oculus Quest. It absolutely blew my mind seeing that effect in VR.
