I played with Regis and Chalky for a bit yesterday and this happened :lol:

The pistol on the last page of new Warbond seems a bit poor (although next to redeemer doesn't everything?) but the Electric Shotgun is great fun once you get used to it.

No stopped power if things get close, but the Palpatine fantasy is amazing.

I kept getting matched with level 8/9s on difficulty 6 the other night. It was so painful. One match we dropped next to a jammer and spent 10 lives achieving nothing

Flying bugs are confirmed by intelligence to be a right pain in the arse, and their towers, while pretty, are tough nuts to crack.

Bad server issues today, 9/10 of the games I've been in have crashed. Apparently it's related to today's patch. Devs are aware and working on it.

What's in the patch?

We didn't encounter any network issues on last night's session, maybe we got lucky.

The actual missions were a bit of a disaster though, no successful evacs at all :slol:

Yeah, it ran very smoothly which was a shame as we only had ourselves to blame for no successful evacs :slol:

Having less than 4 does make a huge difference though I think

I had a lot of fun! Apologies if I put us on too hard a difficulty but I believe in our team spirit! I kind of perversely like it when it all goes to gooseberry fool - reminds you of the stakes and makes you feel awesome when you manage it appropriately!

Like that one extraction where we (perhaps foolishly, but we were on a time pressure!) split up and sent Tom to extraction to get it started when me and Preezy did the objective. If I hadn't stupidly died on the way back then Tom wouldn't have had to get out that mech to call me back in, which meant those bugs wouldn't have ambushed him and destroyed the mech while he was calling me in, which meant they had time to call a bug breach with no Helldivers to thin them as they came out, which meant ... Etc etc etc.!
