You know those missions where you have to align a radar dish?
Must have spent 3 minutes pinging that it needed to be southwest and they just didn't listen, notice or understand (turned the dish past southwest multiple times)
So I threw a teslacoil to kill them both and had to do it myself
Daily challenges are back on the menu, for a bonus amount if medals! (think it's 12 or 15).
As always down to team up, think the challenges are shared between a squad, so if it's the Eagle cluster bomb challenge I can bring that in and do it for you.
Excellent session last night with Fade, Jazzem and Tomous (also got a brief hour of Preezy before things kicked off!) I hope the introduction to the game for the the noons (Jazzem and Tomous) was decent! I quite like the strategem system lending itself quite nicely to on-boarding new players - veterans can give new players their later unlockable weapons/backpacks to keep things even.
Yeah thanks to Aaron and Fade for showing us the ropes, had a great time! Fade somehow making it back to the ship at the end with all of us dead, through a huge neverending swarm of bugs finished it off nicely

Had a little lunchtime session on this (napalm roasted terminids on toast ) and managed to complete my daily challenge (kill 500 terminids), mainly by doing a whole bunch of quick level 1 and 2 missions where I can cope by myself and draw swarms out in a more controlled environment. Also good for easy grabs of supercreds and samples. Still gets a bit dicey on evac, but that's why the Super Earth High Command gave us sentries and strafing runs
Got up to level 10 and am now just a few short reclamation points away from my own guard dog rover
Looks like I'm going to have to start using the laser as my next main, and start picking up the Flamer as my side piece of choice.
Game crashed last night on my last run of the night, as my first, chaotic Bile Titan mission was about to wrap up. Absolutely gutted, as I was looking forward to spending those rare samples on some ship upgrades.
Oh also just wanted to share, on one of my missions earlier I had my first encounter with planetary hazards, in this instance it was a meteor shower that caused a bit of chaos as I was defending my evac site. So that was cool.
