Could you not just go to the house and rattle a bag of Dreamies, according the advert a cat will jump through walls to get them so it may save you a few quid.

This actually happened with my cats. I still need to get it sorted but I'm having to make do with hanging pictures over the holes while I save the cash to get it fixed.
