TBH, my head was hurting trying to think of the contempt of court implications.
Once charges have been brought, you're not even meant to discuss people by name - even down to using the indefinite article (ie 'a man has been charged', not '
the man has been charged'.)
Yet the Guardian is running this (a profile of each of the people charged):
