I really like this idea but, apart from when it was announced, I haven't heard it mentioned since. I wonder how you get this feature? It's not currently mentioned when I view the game details in the PS Store.

outside Xbox did a video demonstrating it, it’s simultaneous but self contained worlds running parallel. You have “ghost coins” that can attract attention in the other players world, timed well you could screw people over. When one player gets a kill the other player has a small time window to match the kill. Trouble is if one player goes guns blazing it can lead to a stale mate. But it looks pretty enjoyable, and the tension of worrying about your opponent can lead you to making rash or quick decisions, looks fun!OrangeRKN wrote:Ah okay, makes sense

Does anyone have any information about the different versions of this game? I'm really tempted to buy it but I'm not sure if it's worth springing for the gold edition. There seems to be two extra locations, but I'm not sure if these are full levels have they actually been released yet or are they coming at some later date?

It's earlier access to the season pass maps, of which there will be two but they are not out yet
You'll just be able to buy the season pass when they come out

Thanks for letting me know. I've just bought the gold edition from CD keys as it was less than the standard on Steam anyway.

So been happily pootering about during prologue and training missions.
And then it tells me they recommend playing hitman 1 first - helpful available for £15
The prologue basically gave up the story of 1 I think - but are the first missions worth it? I'm really enjoying it and it they teach/introduce tricks that build up that would be enticing...
