That was a strawberry floating great episode. If only the entire show was like that this would be god-tier television. I loved that they portrayed nighttime realistically as in it was REALLY strawberry floating dark. I hate when shows pussy out and make it so bright that you can see everything.

Yeah that was a standout episode. Did they really need to kill off all the good marine characters?

What was with Saul and the Blackjack penny sweets?

Cracking episode although there was still plenty of stupid Homeland moments - Carrie on the verge of tears the whole episode, Saul pissing off mid-mission, stealth Iranian soldiers & "lets talk about the mission in an Iranian Cell". It'll probably piss it all up in the final 2 eps but its been on a good run in the last few weeks.

Here's part of what I have received at work about the final episode: Carrie and Brody seek refuge in the desert and Saul plans a last-ditch rescue mission.

The bearded marines need to become main characters. Which means they'll probably all die next episode.

Indifference is what probably what I'd use to describe my feelings about the past two episodes, I just can't find a way to really care about what's happening anymore.

Goddamn that was a strawberry floating good episode again! And the finale looks to be even better. I wonder if the writers have finally figured out that this is what the show should be about? Not some CW family drama bullshit, but awesome spy, terrorist stuff.

The mass effect music in the finale trailer was a little odd!

Really good again this week. Genuinely gasped when Brody twatted him with the ashtray.

Brody really doesn't care about his son. :lol:

Prediction for next week- Javadi kills himself thinking Brody has grassed him up.

Another very good episode although Brody telling his bodyguard/escort to meet him inside and then he wanders around a courtyard chatting on the phone is pushing it a bit too far. How he's going to get out of what I assume is one of the most heavily fortified buildings in Iran I don't know. Still in 2 minds whether he lives or dies in the finale, I'm edging towards dead.

This is rather amazing last few episodes. It has reached that season 1 level of excitement.

Hats off to the writers. I barely came back for this season, and was later very close to quitting. Lucky I give shows so many chances :slol:
