An actually decent episode this week. That scene in the house was brutal! The noise, strawberry float. :dread: I think your prediction was right, Monkey Man. YAY \o/

Good apart from the pregnancy. As the AV Club review mentioned, it reeks of desperation. Feels so out of place at the moment. And I find very hard to believe she didn't have any tests done when she was committed that would have had it show up.

Good episode yet again. No Brody's as well other than the one in Carrie.

A completely Brody-less episode. A revelation! Really great episode. But strawberry float, the potential future of Carrie's storyline doesn't fill me with confidence. They better not go where I think they're going.....
I wish Brody died in the season 1 finale.

Were we watching the same episode? I didn't think it was that good at all.

Only plus side was the lack of Dana

I'm enjoying this series. All seems to have a sense of pace and direction unlike two which got lost and didn't know what it wanted to be, it spent too long on being a meandering romance domestic stories. A couple of things about the latest episode: In series one wasn't it still left open that there was a leak or insider somewhere? Considering the cast of characters is small; Saul, Carrey and the Arab guy who worked with them then it had to be one of them? Then in the new episode we see Saul's stupid wife's boyfriend up to no good. Could it be that there was no leak but there was a spy all along? And surely the bloody CIA don't access top secret gooseberry fool from their home personal computer? I don't know but so far so good!

Have I understood this right: Fara has links to terrorism in her own family?

No . I actually don't even know what those sections were about, just that she didn't show up for work.

Is Saul behind the bombing ?

Preview for tonight's episode.

Saul gets a win from an unlikely source. Dana grapples with her new life.

The second part. :dread: I knew it was too good to be true.

Just fast forward through those bits and read the AV Club review to see if anything (important) happened.

Her father is worried the Iranian secret police will find out she works for the CIA and take it out on the relatives she has in Iran.

Pretty good episode. Obviously the plan is ridiculous but it at least ties in with the rest of the season and should hopefully be entertaining. The writers haven't left themselves must choice, it was either this or Brody being locked up abroad or at home. I'm in 2 minds whether he makes it back. He doesn't know about the baby so I'm edging towards him returning. A decent cameo from everybodys fave as well.

The scene with the arm-stabbing. :dread: The sound! :dread: :dread:

That was a great episode. When this show sticks to CIA stuff it's fantastic. The bearded marines need to become main characters. Which means they'll probably all die next episode.

Even the Dana scene was good. I love that even Brody forgets that he has a son. Not a single strawberry float given. Doesn't give much of a gooseberry fool about his wife, either. It's all Dana Dana Dana.

That was properly disturbing, coupled with the manic look on his face. Very nearly had to look away.

 You know it.
