Have you already tried and couldn't? I thought it was excellent, with a small part near the end being poop, but then it goes OK again.

Started playing Resi Revelations 2 tonight. It's alright.

Fatal Frame on Wii U or Alien Isolation on the bone. Hmm.

Or I could get Resi Remake on the One. More Hmm.

Excellent game... but, hey, could we please have the magnificent SNES version noted here too? The lumberjack stage (level 4), with its combination of chainsaws and spooky music, creeps me out :shifty:

Yup, PT's Lisa deserves the top spot, the only time I've screamed like a girl playing a game. I really hope Kojima gets to make his horror game.

PC/PS4 types, why not give SOMA a try? It's great.

Went back to Alien: Isolation. Had the alien just spawn behind me three times without any kind of warning (or noise) Stupid bloody computers :fp:

Although the new version looks like its been made easier. It was very rare to get a one hit kill in the original.

Yeah I thought it seemed a touch easier. Though the one hit kills only happened when I hit them from the right distance it seemed.

Been playing fatal Frame 5. Don't care what some of the reviews say, I am thoroughly enjoying it. It helps, I suspect, if you play the game in the right spirit - lights out, sound up, on your own. I've discovered that reading some of the notes you find in the game really helps fill in the game's story which, so far, is excellent. Just going to play it through one chapter at a time rather than rush it and, as I am very good at getting confused with characters and story :fp:

, will probably end up playing some of the chapters more than once. Been a complete palava sorting out the download of the game - not very happy with Nintendo that they have a machine which is not at all suited to digital downloads and yet that's about the only way you can buy it. In fact, for the extra £10, I think, in hindsight, I wish I'd just bought the limited edition physical release - (especially as I'm beginning to think it may well end up a game I would have liked a copy of sitting on my shelves) - £50 just seemed an awful lot to me when I only wanted the disc and not the accompanying tat. Again, grrrrr Nintendo, not at all impressed.
