I really don't like killer Frank. I didn't like it in season 1 and I don't like that their escalating it or the fact his wife is ok with it. It's a step too far IMO. And if this show is going to go on for multiple seasons, they can't have Frank piling up the dead bodies and getting away with it.

But holy strawberry float I wasn't expecting that, talk about starting the season with a bang

See I thought it was out of character to murder Peter in season 1 but now we know that he is a psychopath, murdering Zoe before he has to give up his privacy to the secret service makes some sense. Got me to thinking what someone would think if they had watched Hannibal without knowing in advance Lecter is a serial killer.

Yeah I can understand that thinking. So why doesn't he have that prozzie killed then? If he's willing to just kill off anyone that can hurt him, no matter what their previous relationship to him then like I said it's just going to get into ridiculous serial killer territory. And I don't watch the show for that, I watch it for the dirty politics that was most of season 1.

But then it feels like the writers know that everyone knows Frank is a killer, so if he's going to do it again it won't be as big a deal. Unless they use one of the main "safe" cast members for the sheer shock value and not necessarily to the advantage of the story.

Freddy my favourite character

I really enjoyed it on the whole, however some parts were eye-rollingly bad. The dark-net and the hacker I could have done without. I hope the Racheal storyline pays off later down the road, as other than the death of Doug, very little has been achieved on that front.

However the cat-and-mouse of Tusk and Underwood was really enjoyable. Also I thought Claire's character really came into her own. The pregnancy and put-down was vicous and she is just as determined as Frank is. As a dark-West Wing with elements of hyper reality (how many bodies is Frank up to now?) I really enjoy the show. More so probably because I can binge watch it, not so sure it'd hold my attention as a weekly format.
