How much better is the Classic Controller Pro

...over the regular classic controller.

Be honest.

I honestly don't know.

Sold.

I can imagine it could only be an improvement, what with the prongs and re-positioned Z-buttons fixing the two major problems with the original pad.

Oxx has one and he swears by it.

So much better than the normal classic controller.

Analogue sticks are shorter and farther apart
Prongs actually make it comfortable to hold for long periods of time
The cable comes out the top, rather than the bottom
The shoulder buttons shape and position have been changed for the better, as seen here:

I might just buy one then.

It's much better imo. Having some 'prongs' to grip just makes it more comfortable to hold.

And crucially, the shoulder buttons are now digital and not analogue which is much better for most VC games which were designed for digital buttons, not squishy analogue ones. That really bugged me playing Sin and Punishment.

I've got my normal CC and find it fine. Guess it's down to personal preforance.

I didn't even notice those differences beside the prongs.

But the prongs alone make it worth the purchase. So much more comfortable to hold.

Yeah I bought it already jeez.
