You need to understand the people who make this kind of thing - the worst, least redeemable and doomed human beings who live on 4ch*n etc. The former is achievable, the latter is definitely not.

This thing seems to be accurate at the lower levels, but less accurate at the higher ones. It is version 4 so I assume it had some tweaking done already, maybe we can make a better version 5. Anyone have any suggestions for questions to add/subtract?

No its perfectly accurate. It comes from r9k and the roles fit completely.
