So, in a compensation-plagued culture where every single little thing needs to be reported and documented (I had to fill out a form at work the other day after I got a paper cut doing some filing), when a politician asks how many reports of injury were filed for a certain event I'm actually pretty glad another officer wasn't taken off doing something more productive to sort through which files fit Cal's standards.
