They'd probably all be in the top 10 (EDIT - Fable 2 bumped out of top 10 for Company of Heroes). Not sure about the top 5.

Add in Rez HD, ICO, Half Life 2, Deus Ex and Super Monkey Ball and that'd probably be the 10.

Chibi Robo, Wii Sports, Rock Band 2, UGnG, Monkey Island 2 among others would all be up there.
