Crackdown is the second best game on 360, if you don't get it then I feel sorry for you.

Mirror's Edge is better than Ocarina Of Time and Super Mario 64.

Fable 2 makes Zelda(in all its forms) redundant.

Rise of the Argonauts is actually pretty good.

There's nothing on PS3 that comes close to looking as good as Pac-Man Championship Edition.

I had more fun playing Golden Axe: Beast Rider than Mirror's Edge.

I want to know his thoughts on CoD4?

Especially the Prypiat level.

Did the constant respawning annoy him? What about the laser guided grenades & pin point precision of soldiers that you couldn't even see?

chalkitdown is close, not quite 100% accurate but close enough.

SP CoD4? Unplayable.

What did you think of that specific level though?

Did you like the atmosphere as you crept towards the building?

C'mon, guys, let's not turn this into a Hugo-bashing thread.

And SWOS (Amiga version, natch) is one of the best games ever.

Hopefully this will be the first topic in a series. Can the next one be: MCN's To Play List? please.

The XBLA version is the same game.

Glad someone agrees with me.

I have to admit that statement applies to me. I just don't what the fuss is about over SM64.

The first one is wrong, but Fable 2 is infinitely better than Zelda.

Zelda is probably the most massively over-rated game series ever made.

For a long time it was the best game ever made, not any more...I'm not sure I'd go as far as to say Mirror's Edge is a better game than SM64 though (its definitely better than OOT).

It's a puddle deep game that resembles football as much as Mario Kart resembles F1.

I have to disagree with you MCN as SWOS really is one of the best games ever made. I still enjoy it now on Arcade which for a game of its age is an achievement in itself.
It would certainly make it into my all time top 5.

I'd just like to add that no football game has a resemblance to real football as it's all just pressing buttons. All the game is is an interpretation of the game and as such is no less real that Pro Evo or Fifa.

I'm still yet to see a complete list of games here. Also can we really compare an FPS to a platform game? Mirros edge has platfoming aspects but for me it was linear and a simple get from point A to point B game. It didn't allow the player to take different routes apart from once or twice making one play through the game enough to last you a life time.

Mario 64 is still my favourite game of all time.

I would actually be interested in seeing a "Hugo's Best Games Ever" list. Do it, H.
