I think that there are four levels after that one.

There were indeed, and what four levels they were. Really surprised how much I've enjoyed it so far, it's brilliant.

I think I'll leave Adventure mode for next year, when I'll tackle it alongside Skyward Sword.

I find it great to dip in and out of Adventure Mode because of the lack of a strong story which means that I don't worry about forgetting anything important. It seemed a bit overwhelming at first so I like tackling it in small parts in between other games.

I'd play it more consistently if I didn't have so many other games that I wanted to play as well! I feel that I should at least complete the main modes of other games while going through Adventure Mode so that I'm not just adding everything I buy to my backlog :slol:

Adventure mode is the best part of the game. I'd say it's more important than the Legend mode. Weapon unlocks really help.

Adventure mode has new icons. Hopefully it has new areas. I get a bit sick of seeing the same places over and over again.

But hey, new DLC. Dat Twili Midna.

I'm of the opinion it's an 8 bit rendition of TP Hyrule

Seems like some pretty cool changes to Adventure Mode in this new DLC. Didn't get to try Midna but I did try the Dominion Rod with Zelda. Fun weapon.

So I'm a few levels into this. I'm enjoying the fan service and it is fun but is there any real depth to it? I'm just button mashing at the moment really.

If you find yourself button mashing in a DW game, turn up the difficulty. gooseberry fool gets real.

Patch 1.5.0 which is dropping around 29th Jan contains: (info via GAF)

■ Raised max level for characters. (150 not high enough then)
■ New potions.
■ Even more new medals.
■ New weapon skill(s)?
■ Smithy improved, adding several new options. "Delete Skill", "Check skills (before crafting)", and add "Sale weapons"
■ More information available during Adventure Mode. Total damage is visible, and you can now restart the mission without going back to the map. (about damn time)

And now for the pictures (warning big pictures)

I think the DLC is out in the UK on the 29th as well. America gets it later.

Still have the Twilight Princess stuff to play as well. So happy about Tingle being a playable.

EDIT:

1.5.0 is out and here's the skinny.

Max level is now 200

New Mixtures in Apothicary

New Medals

20 New Skulltulas

New Weapon Skills

and the ability to remove, appraise skills and sell weapons. (it's expensive to remove and appraise skills so bring many rupees)
