Nintendo site lists the gamepad, Pro controller and remote + nunchuk.

Sorry, I should have been clearer. I meant, has anyone commented on how the game controls, specifically with the Wiimote and Nunchuk combo? I'm interested to know if it uses motion controls and how responsive they are because, if the game plays like a cross between Dynasty Warriors and Skyward Sword, it could be the most entertaining video games I've ever played. Funnily enough, I was looking at that very page, just before I posted, to find out if the Wiimote and Nunchuk combo was an available control method.

Given the style of Dynasty Warriors combat (and the flamboyance of the moves seen in the trailers and demos) I'd doubt the controls would be similar to Skyward Sword. More likely it'd be a streamlined Waggle=A style of control.

That's a good point. I got bored of TP Wii's combat but I did replay it pretty soon after finishing SS for the first time so hopefully it won't be so bad in this game. At least HW has multiple control options so I can switch to the Pro Controller if I don't like the Wiimote/Nunchuk combo.

Sales of this game in Japan have plummeted in its second week - a 79% drop from 69K to 15K (total now stands at 84K). It will break 100K in the next month but I think it's clear it's not going to be the Dynasty Warriors-style big seller some people had hoped.

That scarf is pants. Could have put a bit more effort into it. I suppose with it being so minimalist there is a chance you could get away with actually using without looking a total clown

I'm tempted to pick up Minish Cap and Link's Awakening but I still have to finish Seasons and start Ages. I'd be tempted by A Link to the Past if it was the 60Hz version.

Recently finished a link between world's, and finally found my gba cart, so might just whack that on the gameboy player at some point. I've never gotten past a grim reaper sub boss in Ages.

I guess with this and smash bros and Mario kart and 3d world (and hd wind waker, totally forgot about that!) all about soon, might be time to pick up a Wii u before Xmas

GAME is selling download codes for £31.99. I've pre-ordered my physical copy for £28.99 from GAME but I'm still tempted to switch to a digital order.

I have just started Seasons again as I am in a big Zelda mood. I have Ocarina with me over here too, and might play that leading up to Christmas, for the memories (Christ, that game will be 20 years old soon!).

I never actually played Ages despite owning it, so will give it a go. Haven't played a 2D Zelda for a while.

Then maybe I will finally finish ALTTP and buy Between Worlds.

As for Hyrule Warriors, it has gone from not being on my radar, to probably being a game I will pick up when I get my Japanese Wii U. I don't think the language barrier will be much of a problem.

I played a 30 minute demo of this in Nintendo World. It's very good and there are a lot of nods to the franchise's past. I can see combat becoming quite repetitive on solid playthroughs though.

Mine just arrived :datass:

Scarf looks a decent size actually, thought it was gonna be minuscule.

I've caved. Couldn't resist the iconic Zelda imagery, environments and SFX :fp:. ShopTo got my cash, so I get the Zelda Ocarina outfits.

Jay, we need a pic of the scarf :-).
