You have two options

1) Buy a Mac and Bootcamp Windows 7
2) Buy a PC, checking hardware and download OSX86. iDeneb is a good distro.

Buy one of those EEE PCs that look a bit like Macbook Airs, and then install a shitload of XP UI mods that make it look like OSX at the expense of your computer actually working. Sorted.
