Apologies for the poor quality (it is a youtube video) but I took part in the Thames Trot (a 50 mile ultramarathon event) yesterday and a Sky Sports camera crew were there.

If you watch the video behind the main runner pictured (in the white top) there's a bloke (me) in a black top inbetween two guys in and orange and a red top.

Fame at last!

50 miles, that's amazing, most I've ever run was 5km.
