Have you ever watched Knotts Landing? It's peerless.

It might well be, but Weston-Super-Mare has a pier and it's still a shithole.

I'm thinking there should be a GR real life meetup in NK. Would be a whole pile of fun.

Squinty: "Why are you in hospital?"

We could ask them if they keep their loo roll in the fridge.

Just posted that in TCRT. They basically sent him home brain dead.

It's frightening, when he was arrested at the airport one of his friends joked "we won't be seeing you again", god knows what they must have put him through.

I remember seeing the press conference they did with him. He was absolutely hysterical at points. Felt really terrible watching that.

Some people are saying his brain injuries were likely due to repeated drowning. His family must be in the worst place.

Did they think he was a spy? He did nothing worse than merely take a poster from a hotel, his friends were let home.

They probably assumed sneaking state materials out of the country meant he was a spy.

Imagine the minders trying to get their heads around all the in-jokes, trying to figure out if we're spies. :slol:

Good point. The video of him doing this is low res as strawberry float, you don't see his face or anything.

Saw the news about the guy who took a poster. So so sad how they treated him. I bet they drugged him into that condition.
I even doubt he took the poster and was just framed.

I think that being drugged into that state would probably quite a lot better way to get there than the path he took.

To be fair posters tend to look better when framed so he did them a favour there.

Pretty shocking for all of this to end in this way though. Dread to think what he might have gone through.
