Hmm, not sure what to use as a topic title for this one but I'm not very happy right now and need help understanding something.
So last year, the company I work for paid for me to start an accounting course. The company in charge of the tutoring have done a lot wrong since the beginning but to summarise my current issue, ever since signing up (using my personal email address) for the course, etc, I've had an influx of spam email. I'm used to this now and it's manageable but... the tutor sent out an email to everyone on the course yesterday and, rather strawberry floating annoyingly, displayed everybody's email address/contact details for everyone to see.
Now I'd just be annoyed and move on if that was the end of it but what has me troubled is that in the "To" list of the email, I appear as "GRsTragicM". Now I've never used this username for anything to do with my accounting studies and I am only known as GRsTragicM on YouTube, eBay and Google. So my question, why am I showing as "GRsTragicM" on an email from the tutor? If I had a Google email address, it might make sense, but I'm using a Hotmail address.
I'm hoping someone with more know how will be able to put my mind at ease but so many things have happened that have pissed me off with this course that I've had enough of the bs that they keep throwing up and if they're strawberry floating about with personal info, it'll be the straw that breaks the camel's back.
