David Nutt of Daily Mail hatred fame has been developing something called Alcosynth for the last few years. It'll basically have the effects of alcohol without so many of the negative side effects - liver damage and hangovers being the key mitigated issues.

That would be a huge gamechanger if it actually worked and went on sale.

I’d invent a Karl cloning machine so he could post more.

The felix luck potion off of Harry Potter. Or a confidence potion, I think a boost in either of those right now would really do wonders for me, I can feel things in the cusp of my fingers that I may just feck up from lack of confidence or bad luck.

I want some nanobots or something that will keep my body in perfect condition no matter what I eat or how little I exercise. I am not out of shape or anything, I just find the whole business of keeping healthy incredibly tedius.

Sub dermal chloroplast implants that provide most of your bodies energy needs via photosynthesis.

Not so sure about having green skin but not needing to eat (or gooseberry fool) as often would be great.
