This is me, along with refusing to call shops stores.

If it's a UK show then I'll call it a series, if it's from the US I'll call it a season. I don't see any reason to change that.

I don't say season, but I do say movie instead of film, "film" just sounds odd in this digital age.

I still say 'film'

Quite often i say i'm gonna go and look at the 'film shelf' when in HMV.

A friend once corrected me saying "series, not season". I didn't really understand what he meant (I was thinking, "aren't they synonyms in this context?") but I went along with it. I have literally only now just realised that "season" is an Americanism. :slol:
