i thought the same when it started, but i just love watching other people's reactions to tv - it's like the chat that goes on in our house when we watch tv, but magnified and enhanced by watching others doing the same. i find it extremely funny. but yeah if you cant stand it then there's not much i can do to convince you.

Bit like My Family - I remember that started off excellent with that bloke from the BT ads/Death in Paradise. He then left & it fell off a cliff to become one of the worst sitcoms EVER.

It's a pretty poor show but I could watch it if I wanted something brainless in the background. I don't understand the popularity though. My parents really like it too.

gooseberry fool like 2 and half men is much worse. In fact that's one of the worst shows I've ever seen. Unwatchable.

It is awful and is overrated yet there is plenty of crap on E4 which is just as bad and worse, but i do think Big Bang has run its course and needs to end.

It is pretty gooseberry fool, yes. Painfully unfunny and annoying from what I've seen of it. Maybe not the worst (Loose Women and Mrs Brown's Boys spring to mind) but definitely the kind of programme I avoid/change the channel when it comes on.

It's fluff to watch in the background when you want to switch your brain off. On the GRCade scale the title is probably correct.

I like it. And there's an episode where you can clearly see Leonard's massive package through his trousers. I don't remember which episode it was but I've been trying to find it ever since. Proper hung.

Some programmes just don't know when to call it a day and go out on a high.

I can't remember the last time BBC1 commissioned a good sitcom. We've gone from One Foot In The Grave, Brittas Empire, Thin Blue Line, and Keeping Up Appearances in the 90s to Citizen Khan and Mrs Brown's Boys as the flagship comedies of the last 5 years.
