Lasty was such a gooseberry fool horse at the start, only through pure Japanese perseverance and working hard has he managed to win a few races and get to the semi's. If anyone is deserving, it's him. We honestly thought Lasty wouldn't even come in the top three on any races after his blurb. He also came third, but fell.

It wasn't as far down the track when it fell. It fell at its fence after another horse had already fallen there - thus finishing sixth.
