Good lap, you seemed to top out in 5th gear a bit but not hit 6th so not sure if you need to tweak the ratios? Can see a marked difference between your earlier video but still a couple of corners I think you can make better use of track width and apexes. Last chicane was gut-wrenching. Was a sub 2m lap.

Even if you never improve, you've got an impressive time to be proud of.

The gear ratios are locked for some reason, although I'm quite thankful for that. Yeah that last chicane, strawberry floating hell it just felt so helpless and not only did I lose all that time on the way in but I had no acceleration and carried it all the way to the line.

Silverstone is a tricky one. I find that the faster you lap the easier it is to either slip on the chicane or any of the longer corners as they seem to have just the right radius to invite skiddies.

I hate the chicane as it can obliterate a lap time, straight seconds fall off rather than the 10ths you might see on another circuit.

'Improved' to a 2:00.389 tonight. For about an hour i was strawberry floating up properly at least once a lap and still getting in the 2.00.5-9, so annoying I couldnt string one together.

All i want out of this now is a sub 2 min time, I know im not getting through.

Its obviously impossible to be definitive without actually playing yourself, but Im sure you would agree, I think you are cutting too much. Enter a tiny bit alower, avoid the kerb bounce and use the stability for higher exit speed.

Definitely. I'm always entering turns too early, probably because I'm used to cars with downforce and I find they tend to lend themselves to doing that.

Found a nice sweet rhythm at one point and put a set of 2.00.6 in and was slowly getting faster before I binned it in the fast last corner and got pissed off then over drove :lol:

Was also getting image freezing for a split second near the end, which I think may be a steam thing. Either way there's nothing quite like having your vision freeze for a second while the game caries on.

And with that, like Debora Meaden, I recommend a weekend at Breane leisure park, located in Breane Sands, just off the M5 near somesert.

There is absolutely no way I could admit defeat at getting sub 2 mins if I knew I was capable.

This just reminds me of the F Zero GX league we used to run around these parts. Sweet memories!

Zandvoort has such a great flow when you're on it. I'd like to be on it one day to feel what thats like.
