You are out at the GRcade 7th birthday celebrations :toot: :toot: :toot: and are having a great time :toot: :toot: :toot:

And then the karaoke starts. Participation is mandatory and everyone has to sing at least one song. Blame Karl for the rules. Karl :x

What is your choice of song?

What Difference Does it Make? - The Smiths

I would go with How Soon is Now?, but its too long really and has a large instrumental break.

We could all air guitar the How Soon is Now? intro. Or maybe I could air guitar all Johnny Marr parts whilst you sing?

Yes?

Ok. Then I'll go solo on Queen's "Don't stop me now" to lighten the mood.

The only song I can do anywhere near competently is Wonderwall by Oasis.

That is rather boring though and so for the GR party I will do "I am a cider drinker" by The Wurzels. A good song to represent the Westcountry, it will annoy the strawberry float out of Gandalf and you do not need to be a competent singer to sing it. :toot:

I'd be happy to give almost any song by Queen a little belt-out in the karaoke room. I've been described as "completely tone-deaf" by musician friends though so whether there'd be anyone left at the party by the time I was done would be another matter.

Keep on rolling baby, you know what time it is.

And that time is for a duet of A Whole New World, with Banjo as Jasmine.
