My Day 100 Diet Progress Report Video, I can hardly believe I have been dieting for 100 days with only one cheat day

Good effort man! I'm doing intermittent fasting atm and giving up weed to try and do the same. Only 2 weeks in but you're helping me keep the moivation up!

Thank you very much.... Today is the first day I got up looked in the mirror and kind of thought, I really like how I look.... I also took all my Size 48, 46, 44 XXXXL, XXXL and XXL trousers and put them in a bag and put them up in the attic (they might go to charity in like 6 months) I then went out and purchased a pair of 38 Suit trousers, some 38 Jeans and 3 pairs of size 40 Jeans..... clothes are weird some 38's are perfect but others are tight so im kind of a 38 to 40 now.

I started by having 800 calories a day which is a pretty big deficit, then went up to 1000 and now I have 1400 a day... How are you doing the intermittent fasting if you dont mind me asking? I watched a documentary about a guy who did a Water fast for I think it was 54 days it looked brutal, he lost around 54lbs so the equivalent of a pound a day although it came off more randomly than that.

Thanks Zilnad... I prefer having my head shaved but it was too cold to shave it... heck I have possibly not picked the right time now . The face though is a pure mistake. I was shaving below the beard tidying things up and had an epileptic vacancy where you go blank, and I carried on running the electric shaver up my face and in a line through my beard... so when I came back to fully being aware I though oh what do I do now and thought well I better shave it all off, I can grow it back if I want.
