So I have been considering this for awhile but I have now finally given up the Crome Horror Mask and will be doing videos on YouTube that actually show my face... I am calling these my Never Grow Up Geek Culture Corner Videos and they will contain reviews of nerdy and weird stuff .... I will also be going mask free if I show myself while reviewing Video Games and or Horror Films for the foreseeable future.

Here is my first video a review of the Lemon and Lime Flavour Prime Hydration Drink...... I am also seriously considering doing a big year end special where I go over events throughout the year but still need to do a lot of planning.

Good videos Kerr. I think that moving away from the mask was a good call, you don't need it, you come across quite natural!

I'm glad you were pretty luke warm towards Prime. I haven't read up on it prior, but what you said was pretty much exactly what I expected, something a bit average being sold on the back on online stardom.

Trying to figure out if I remember those sweets from my childhood. They look a little familiar...

The silly neighbourhood vegetable.

YES! I used to LOVE those sweets so much. IIRC they would often be in the doorways to shops displayed kind of how peanuts are on a card hanger behind a bar.

Thanks for the feedback it's really appreciated.

Yeah I kind of guessed Prime would just be an ok sports drink with bags and bags of hype behind it..... If I see the other flavours cheap then I'll probably do another video but I don't fancy paying over £2 a can/bottle. There are a few other drinks I'm keeping my eyes open for.

I know there were lots of those jelly sweets around He-man being the main ones, but I'm sure there were transformers ones as well and other licensed things like that.

Ah man, that’s just given me an unexpected nostalgia burst. On a family day trip to Weston-Super-Mare, I got a packet of ET biscuits. It was just three custard creams, but dyed lurid “alien” colours (red, green and orange, I think), and wrapped in silvery foil with pictures of ET and Elliott.

EDIT: I misremembered one of the colours, and I forgot they were cola flavoured!

I loved those jelly sweets. As Victor says, I remember them being on hanger in shop doorways, often near the Jawbreakers and the gum + stickers promotion of the time.

Thanks Victor much appreciated..

I have a new one up later today... I also just purchased something for another.

I remember those ET things, I never wanted them cause of the colour of them. I have a few weird Autistic things with food which were worse when I was a lad and biscuits that pure an orange and green colour just weirded me out lol

Thank you very much. I have a few more videos that will be dropping over the next few days.

I have also made videos of me reacting to game trailers shown in the latest Nintendo Direct and will be making a few more but haven't posted the links on the forum as I don't want every thread to descend into look at me look at me.

Loved these as a kid, had loads of them. Sure they did them in packs of 4.

They did do 4-packs, I had an Autobot set which I still have somewhere in my parents loft.

Remember a blue one (Porsche lemans), and yellow (Lamborghini Countach) and grey (no idea what car) ones but don't recall the colour of 4th

Those E.T biscuits look like they were full of E-numbers, I'd have been such a little gooseberry fool if I'd eaten them as a kid.

I remember a blue car one being my favorite. Also a grey fighter jet?

They did miniature bases as well. Think I had one that was a garage? Bought a lot of mine from WHSmith.

Yep they were teams of 4 back then, they were described as units that worked together usually following a theme be it tanks or planes or cars or boats etc .... I seem to remember you could get little bases and things built to there scale as well.

I got these ones from a Bargain shop for £5 a pack but when I have looked them up there supposed to be £15 a pack which is quiet a lot for two little robots. £5 feels about right to me for what you get

Used to love them as a kid, nearly always ended up getting the German WWII ones as they just looked and sounded cooler.

Would occasionally cut extra flaps in the wings to make them roll or climb when thrown.
