Thank you so much chap, I really appreciate your kind words. I have not weighed as low as this since I was 17 and trying to be a rugby player... I wont loose loads more now, I am still dieting but not as drastically... I want a slow loss from now on and to try to get a long term maintainable routine.

Yeah its a bit baggy now... I have put a couple of my T-shirts into the too big pile now and treated myself to a few new bits. Once I seem to stabilise at a set size I will grab more.... annoying thing is I gave away a cool Optimus Prime T shirt 6 months ago I got in a gift bag which would now fit me, oh well.
