Amazing scenes. A plot (however simple, that's a good idea), more levels, better graphics, multiplayer, design-a-ball and - best of all - track creation? Fan-bleedin'-tastic, and easily one of my top 3 most-anticipated games for Wii.

Neigbor

Should be great, really enjoyed the first even if it was often very frustrating.

This looks good, I never played the original, was it better than Super Monkey Ball?

Tonnes better, handled like a dream in comparison to Monkey Ball. Still one of the best games on the Wii, the only complaint I have with Kororinpa was it's length.

See, I had no problems with its length, because the meat of the game comes in trying to gold every single level (which takes quite some time, let me tell you).

The secret stages are strawberry floating amazing.

Wonder what 'comedy' balls will be include this time/
Anyone want to offer me some odds on a big hairy man testicle being featured.

On a serious note though, the first still has the best use of the wiimote IMO. The only game I've played where I felt the control interface was 100% responsive - even down to tapping the underside of the wiimote to make the ball perform little hops.

Yesh.

I was a huge fan of the original, and the inclusion on extra levels, a track editor, and to a lesser extent, the plot, have got me hugely excited about this. :D :D :D

If you can share the creations online, that would be amazing.

Hudson is working on a sequel to Kororinpa, tentatively named Kororinpa 2, and it supports the Wii Balance Board. Ten stages are specially designed where weight shifting moves the ball. Over 100 other levels where players help an ant named Anthony search for the Golden Sunflower Seed stick with the Wii Remote’s tilt control only. Once you’re done beating those levels you can make your own with a built in level editor and share them online through Wii Connect24. Hmm… I wonder if players can make their own balance board controlled levels with the editor. It seems like a waste to include the Wii Balance Board controls just for ten levels.

Balance Board eh?

I quite enjoyed the weight-shifting, ball-in-the-hole game in Wii Fit.

Never played Kororinpa, though.

The original had the best control of any Wii game ever it was just sublime and if they get it right for the BB would be pretty awesome might make me get Wii Fit.

So happy this is coming now definite day 1 purchase

Great to hear you can share the stuff you make online. With quite a few big fans of the game on this forum, might be worth giving the game it's own topic so we can keep a record of the best designs.
