I think this counts of as a film - 7 days in hell. HBO mockumentary starring Adam Samburg and Kit Harrington, plus a lot of cameos. Bloody amazing. If you like silly films, give it a watch. 8/10.

Fantastic Beasts and blah blah blah - 6/10

Meh, had some ok bits but overall was dull and oddly joyless.

I went to see this in the cinema. The main character, I couldn't make out a word. He mumbled a lot and the mixing was gooseberry fool.

I didn't have a clue what was going on.

Agreed, Redmayne played the character very oddly. I guess he was trying to make him an oddball, but the whole delivery felt off.

Taxi Driver - 7/10

+ De Niro's good
+ Soundtrack's good
+ Cinematography's good
+ Has a dirty/seedy vibe

- Can be boring at times
- Difficult to care about any of the characters

I'd seen this before years ago but couldn't for the life of me remember what happened after about the first 30 mins or so. It was okay, reasonably watchable, and the final few scenes were a nice contrast to the rest of the film, and unintentionally funny as well. Don't see why it gets as much praise as it does though.

Rewatched Jeeprs creepers.
One of my favourite monster movies, it doesn't quite have the same effect on me the first time I saw it, at times it feels like I'm watching an episode of Buddy the vampire slayer.

Did you know that they had to cut out Justin Longs screams to get a certificate 15 here in the U.K, I didn't know that until last night.

I really enjoyed the film, thought it was great. Mostly thanks to the people around Eddie Redmayne, rather than due to his performance though.

I liked the female lead in this movie. She was probably the best thing about it for me.

Matt Smith would have made a significantly better job of the lead.

I also think Depp will ruin the sequel.

Terminator: Genysis.

Good grief, what in the strawberry float was that all about!?

Nice special effects, though, and Arnie gets in a few genuinely funny quips. Gets an extra couple of points for that.

3/10

Boyz in the Hood.

Still an absolute classic.

9/10

Holy strawberry float. That's me sold. I had a boner all the way through War Dogs because of her.

The first 20 minutes of that movie is probably the most tense and terrifying thing I've ever seen. Shame it all falls apart somewhat after that.

I urge absolutely everyone to watch this movie (its on Netflix). It's strawberry floating incredible. Keanu Reeves acting is dialled up so far that at times i couldn't tell if this was his attempt at a dark comedy or if he was genuinely shooting for that best actor award but landed squarely into the razzies. Keanu isn't phoning this gooseberry fool in, he's coming right to your office door and screaming "IT WAS FREE PIZZA!!! YOU SUCKED MY COCK!!!" (actual dialogue) in your face. But Keanu isn't the only one chewing scenery like an army of termites, literally everyone in this movie graduated from infomercial-tier acting to make this movie. But it's all wrapped around a core of what is genuinely a scary premise. I wont spoil any of it but its all part of my favourite horror trope of "bad things happening to relatively good people for no reason". Like if this movie had been made by competent actors and directors it would probably be a modern horror classic a la It follows, but as it stands its a hilarious, terrifying, incredibly arousing movie everyone needs to see.

Also Ana de Armas is straight strawberry floating fire and gets her tits out

That film's amazing! Went to the cinema to see it and have rewatched it a couple of times with different mates, IT WAS strawberry floating FREE PIZZA! FREE PIZZA!!

Definite highlight of Keanu's acting career. Why the hell he signed up to that I'll never know.
