Harry: So you got fired again, eh?
Lloyd: Oh yeah. They always freak out when you leave the scene of an accident, you know?
Harry: Yeah, well, I lost my job too.
Lloyd: Man, you are one pathetic loser. No offense.
Harry: No, none taken. You know what really chaps my ass though? I spent my life savings turning my van into a dog. The alarm alone cost me two hundred.
Lloyd: Hey, chicks love it. It's a shaggin' wagon.

Harry: Yeah I called her up. She gave me a bunch of crap about me not listening to her, or something. I don't know, I wasn't really paying attention.

Harry: According to the map we've only gone 4 inches.

State Trooper: [Harry is driving fast and a cop is behind him and Lloyd] Pull over!
Harry: What?
State Trooper: Pull over!
Harry: [realizes he's holding beer bottles that Lloyd urinated in; shows his sweater] No, it's a cardigan, but thanks for noticin'!
Lloyd: Yeah, killer boots, man!

Dumb and Dumber

The best bit is when they sellotape the decapitated budgie head back on and sell it to a blind kid.

Another love for Dumb & Dumber.

There are too many funny moments in the film!

That scene with the chilli and Jim just grabbed the ketchup! Squeezed it hard and it went up his nose.

Also, at the end Jim said something like this, "There are two luckiest guys in the World who would go with them for a tour. Man!" :fp:

"The job is done, and the bitch is dead."

Where Lloyd is having his fantasy about meeting the woman again and it goes on for about 10 minutes, including a restarant fight, lighting his farts and a sex scene

Django Unchained - 9/10

Superb, possibly Tarantino's best film.

A bit bloody long though.

Machine Gun Preacher - 6/10 - Slightly better than I expected.
Flight - 9/10 - Brilliant film. Well thought out plot. Best part was getting coke to 'sober' up for court.
Snatch 7/10 - fighting pikeys. Wahey! Though Brad Pitts' poor accent ruined it.
Seven Psychopaths - 9/10 Film close to my heart obviously. Christopher Walken and Colin Farrell are fantastic.
Ghost Rider (new one) - 2/10 - poor plot, even worse CGI, terrible shakey-cam that made me feel sea sick and far too many special camera techniques that overshadowed any sort of drama.
Starship Troopers - 5/10 - okay first half, but blowing up bugs got kinda boring. Didn't finish.

Django Unchained.

strawberry float I thought that was pretty crap. Samuel Jackson's character was obviously a symbol of tarantino's perception of spike lee, and I think, although could be entirely wrong, that the whole thing comes across as a spaghetti version of blazing saddles with a bit of blackspoilation thrown in, with a big middle finger up to spike lee's rejection of tarantino as a daft racist, probably being the closest thing he's done to a comedy so far. And it's his worst film by a mile. Misfires all over the place. Man tarantino hates lee. Gunfights were all superb and up there with Dredd's shooting scenes so drags the score up. Far too clean and super-well produced to remind of the eerie heat in proper spaghetti western I thought, so lost tension. Maybe I'm wrong through. Definitely a comedy though.
