I went to the cinema for World War Z.
It's ok but doesn't follow the book at all with the zombies being much faster than I imagined from the book and it being about just one guy.

8/10

This!

Zombies aren't intelligent enough to use a live bait then light him up in front of his family, watching him burn and screaming. :slol:

Despicable Me - 7/10
Not bad for a kid's film. My only bit issue is it did rely on visual gags a bit too much. There were large parts with no meaningful dialogue at all, I know it's a kid's film bit still.

Magic Mike (no homo) 7/10
Not actually that bad.... my big issue with it is that it seemed to focus on Adam a bit too much, a storyline which went nowhere. Then the film just sort of ended with a load of loose ends just not tied up. What da fuq.

Pitch Perfect

I think I'm in love with Anna Kendrick  So good. The soundtrack was fantastic, too.

Amazing

WWZ eh very average . The zombies were laughable they didn't even remotely look intimidating . The whole family bit was done ok . It's nothing like the book at all .

Wait for the DVD release

Olympus Has Fallen - 76%

Great action, cheesy lines, over-the-top violence. Just a solid couple of hours to switch off to and enjoy.

Blow - 7/10

A decent film, skips out any boring parts preferring to skip to particular events. Enjoyable, but I'm not sure I would've stuck with it if it didn't have such a good lead role of Depp.

Dredd - 8/10
Not bad, it's not exactly the same as The Raid, so deserves to exist in it's own right. Why did no one make a game of this? :datass: I actually kind of want to see it in 3D just for the slow mo bits. They were all shot in a wanky 3D way, so it might be interesting. The sound on the Blu-ray is fantastic, simply amazing. My neighbours must hate me now.
