Really enjoying it though, think it's my favourite Star Trek series. I'm slightly embarrassed that one of my favourite episodes made the worst of list though.

What episode are you talking about?

The episode is called move along home.

I can't actually remember that one, looking at the Memory Alpha entry for it. Weird.

It's a pretty early episode. It doesn't really move the plot forward at all it's just filler. Personally I don't think I've seen a bad episode of DS9. Although I have the last two seasons to go.

Yeah, there's quite a few decent fillerish episodes in DS9. There's one in the last season that is hilarious.

Was that a mislink or did you read "Lucifer" as "Luther"?

Yes?

Britannia – 6.5/10

This is basically rubbish, but is very entertaining rubbish. It would have been far better as a brutal look at the actual Roman invasion of Britain, rather than the weird magic and gods thing that they have come up with.

Inside Number 9 (Series One) - 9/10

I am not sure why I had never seen this, I love the League of Gentlemen and this is almost like a spin off of that. Great stuff!

Inside No 9 (Series Two) - 9.5/10

Series two is as good as series one. And the episode "12 Days of Christine" is one of the best 30 minutes of storytelling I have seen. Hauntingly brilliant.

It really is a great series. Unfortunately series 3 is not on Netflix or Amazon (both of them have the first 2 series) or iPlayer so I am unable to watch it, but I am catching up with series 4, which has been just as good so far.

12 Days of Christine is still playing on my mind, god damn that was good TV.

"Bernie Clifton’s Dressing Room" episode had me right in the feels. Would almost go to say it's some of the best writing I've seen in a show. To be able to give characters history, to make you feel you've known this people for years in the space of 25 minutes is a masterstroke.

Yeah I saw that one last night. It's sad to think that there are probably a lot of old double acts out there who are very similar to the characters in that episode.

Van Helsing. S1&2

Started off okay and there are some interesting and likeable characters. Unfortunately our leading lady Vanessa Van Helsing isn't one of them and you're pretty much off to a non-starter if your lead role is wholly unlikable and in Vanessa's case, rather useless. By the time season 2 was drawing to an end I'd grown tired of this "Walking Dead with vampires" TV show and was just wishing for it to finish.

Won't be bothering with the next instalment.

5/10

Dark S1 - 8/10

That was pretty darn good but have a feeling its heading in a Lost style direction of plot holes and generally making it up as it goes along type nonsense - I hope I'm wrong though.

Theory about S2
Future Jonas has completely strawberry floated up the fabric of space and time and 1953, 1986, 2019 and what I'm guessing is 2052 have all merged or at least overlap in some way,

It's a show about people stumbling about in the dark I suspect.
Pretty shocking that that can be dragged out to last 2 series.

It's the absence of light. It usually happens at night.
