It is an abomination.

You need to get promoted enough so you can purge that gooseberry fool from the company!

Sounds a bit like a London Fog, although without any of the nice features of it. I remember it because a smoking hot American/Canadian girl asked for it when I worked in a coffee shop.

This thread just reminded me I forgot I boiled the kettle. Thanks guys

Will proceed to boil the kettle again using twice the amount of electricity.

There will be residual heat in the kettle so unless it has been left for hours it won't use the same amount of electricity again.

Thank you, I applied science thinking but still feel guilty in these circumstances.

The kettle should shaking.
Ok. Boil a kettle, leave for 45 seconds, pour into your hand and post the footage of a warm hand wash in here.

Yes?

Ahaha yeah. Have you been to the F&M shop? I really like London so like to bring back something special up north :)

You're doing posh tea wrong :dread:

I have loose versions too. In fact I have a pot of the Jubilee blend brewing on my bedside table right now :)

Takes me ages to find a new mug always go through 5 or 6 until I find one that feels right.

I've got loads of mugs too. I usually the get Starbucks city mugs when on holiday. But feel they are only good for coffee. Need a fine china one for tea i reckon.

Every evening, once the kids are in bed, the wife and I always like to enjoy a nice, relaxing cuppa (milk and two sugars for me) with a few Rich Tea biscuits for myself and a Bourbon biccy or two for the wife. We usually like to accompany this winding down of the day with one of our shows on Netflix (currently Gotham).

Perfect end to the day.

Have you tried the mince pies at Fortnum & Mason? You just reminded me that I need to get some next time I'm in town. They are seriously the best mince pies I have ever had! The pastry to filling ratio is perfect for me as I love lots of pastry. They are pretty big too. About £12 for half a dozen.

I believe that applies specifically to tea brewed properly in a teapot, an art that we seem to be losing. Teapot supremacy!

I have a teapot I use every so often, it is way better that way I really should do it more at weekends and stuff it would be less hassle than making multiple cups.
