Moved to America last week. Want to download the recently-discounted GoD version of Resident Evil 4 from the marketplace. Can't do that on my UK gamertag.

Can someone point out any flaws in the following plan - letting someone back in the UK download my profile to their console, buying the game using the points held in my account, signing out, deleting the profile, then I just sign in over here and download it.

Update: this did not work. The other person bought the game fine, but when I try to download it over here it gets to 99% and then fails. Probably need to do some VPN trickery to make the Xbox think I'm in the UK or something.
