Nope. Nope nope nope. strawberry float that.

I mean it could be great. It could be as good as the first, but strawberry float that concept. Why not do an American Horror Story or Fargo and keep the tone while moving the narrative somewhere else?

They are, there's two games in development.

So I didn't want to make a whole new thread for this, but I couldn't find one for the game itself so I thought it made sense to just post here.

I just finished Life is Strange: True Colors and I don't get how it's not getting more attention. Haven't seen it mentioned anywhere.

It's so much more well written than every other life is strange game.

I might be kinda biased since my depression has been numbing my emotions a lot. But playing as an empath, really gave me a new perspective on how I view other people's emotions.

Definitely the closest I have come to crying at a game since Crisis Core (don't laugh )

I actually started playing True Colors for the first time yesterday, love these games and am looking forward to seeing how the story develops.

Without spoilers I'll just say that it's not as 'drama' filled as any of the other games, so you might find the first few episodes a little slow if you're not just looking to chilll and immerse yourself.

But to me because of that all of the characters felt so much more real because none of the drama felt manufactured, everyone's reactions were so nuanced and believable. Can't remember the amount of times I rolled my eyes in Life of Strange 2 because the little brother would yet again do something massively stupid to cause some story conflict

Just makes me kinda sad it's not getting any attention. I went to the life is strange subreddit and couldn't find a single thread on it, it's just filled with Max and Chloe fan art

My wife is buying this with her Christmas money so I'll definitely be playing it as I also had it on my wishlist.

I still need to play Tell Me Why which I got while it was free.

:dread:

Finished chapter 1 today, and i've been really enjoying it so far, i'm not looking for a game which is all action (i get my action fix from Far Cry 6) and just want to (as you say) immerse myself in the story.

So far so good.

I'd love to hear anyone's predictions as they're playing through, I'm curious as to if anyone had the same mindset/suspicions as me.

Well the end of chapter 1 threw me quite a bit as i really wasn't expecting that outcome.

The older brother getting killed by the rockfall.

You're lucky for not knowing about that, it was in like all of the marketing material.

Really? I guess that shows just how completely out of the loop i've been when it comes to games over the past year or so.
